Information:
I'm probably the, or at least one of the youngest members of the Invision Games crew, being only fifteen. I've played videogames for as long as I can remember, mainly what I remember is from the familys old Macintosh, and later, the PC. My favorite game ever was Grand Theft Auto, and I still love the series. Though I don't play them alot, I did when they came out, and have done a bit of modding on them, and now I'm anxiously waiting for GTA4, which I expect to be the greatest game of a long time (Of course, TNE is an exception).
I got into Jedi Academy in 2005 shortly after having seen EPIII (Which I at the time thought was the best thing ever), and discovered the Moviebattles 2 mod when looking for maps for the game. I got totally hooked and played it for about 1,5 to 2 years after that, and even ended up joining the development team behind it, as a lead beta tester.
I wanted to do some maps for the mod, but I didn't want to learn mapping on such an outdated engine such as the Q3 engine, so I started learning mapping for Source. Eventually, I got started on a serious map, Mustafar (You can see some pictures of the build process at photobucket), but despite alot of help from Lindsey and Some0ne, it ended up as a mess and I cancelled it.
I joined the Invision Games team in january 2007, and since then I have been trying my hand at several things, but I prefer mapping, though I really do want to learn modelling, which is becoming more and more important for maps. I don't really want to become a professional in the game industry, it's more of a laid-back hobby of mine. My real goals are far different and not something I wish to share.
